International Day for Monuments and Sites 2026 Emergency Response for Living Heritage in contexts of Conflicts and Disasters

為回應2026年IDMS的主題「活態遺產與緊急回應」，中華民國文化資產維護學會與台灣文化資產學會在ICORP、CAWG和Preserving Legacies（守護遺產計畫）的支持下，特別舉辦「2026年國際古蹟遺址日－衝突與災害背景下活態遺產的緊急應對」線上研討會，歡迎各方關注文化資產議題的朋友報名參加。

In response to 2026 IDMS ‘Living Heritage & Emergency Response’ and with the support of ICORP, CAWG and Preserving Legacies, the Chinese Association on Preservation of Cultural Heritage and the Taiwan Heritage Society jointly hold a Webinar 2026 International Day of Monuments - Emergency Response of Living Heritage under Conflicts and Disasters. Everyone interested in cultural heritage is welcome to participate in the event.

保護文化遺產已是世界各國普遍存在的共識，然而，各種形式的威脅與災害仍讓這些珍貴遺產的存續受到挑戰，不論是都市開發、戰爭衝突，亦或是氣候變遷導致的環境變化。

Protecting cultural heritage is a widely shared consensus; however, different forms of threats and disasters continue to challenge the maintenance of these valuable heritages, including urban development, wars and conflicts and environmental decline caused by climate change.

為了貫徹守護文化遺產的使命，我們舉辦這次的線上研討會，不僅介紹新的緊急回應章程，也討論因應氣候變遷的方法、策略和實例，並分享TSP工作小組實踐的經驗，期待以此對保護文化資產做出貢獻。

To fulfill the mission of safeguarding cultural heritage, the Webinar is organized. In this online meeting, the new Emergency Response charter will be introduced, and relevant strategies and a case study of addressing climate change will be tackled as well. Additionally, the practical experiences of TSP working group are also worth mentioning. We hope that the discussion will further contribute to the protection of our cultural heritage.
